Assistant Greenkeeper required
The Richmond Golf Club is looking to appoint a qualified Greenkeeper to join their current dedicated team. Located next to the world famous Richmond Park, South West London, the club will be celebrating 125 years in 2016 and we need to ensure that we have the best possible team in place to present the course to the highest of standards on a year round basis.
You would be joining a team of 10 staff to maintain the 18 hole golf course which is predominately built on a sand/sand gravel deposit. A modern fleet of machinery and healthy budget ensures we have the right tools for the job on a day to day basis.
What do we expect?
- A positive, can do, attitude
- A flexible approach to work and working hours
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must hold NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification as an absolute minimum
- Pa 1 2 and 6 certificates
- BIGGA CPD approved status
- Able to work as part of a team or alone
- Have an eye for detail
- Be computer literate
