An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate at North Foreland Golf Club, a Fowler Simpson course established in 1903, situated on the picturesque Kent coast near the seaside town of Broadstairs. This thriving club with an active and full membership occupies a beautiful Chalkland Downland Clifftop location, the site comprises an 18 Hole Main Course, an 18 Hole Par 3 course, hard surface tennis courts, practice facilities and extensive landscaping.
The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities and be passionate about providing the best possible playing surfaces and condition of external areas to ensure we deliver memorable experiences to our members and visitors.
Working closely with Club Management they must possess the following;
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 or higher ideally
- At least 5yrs experience in a senior management position
- Proven team building abilities with strong communication and leadership qualities
- Excellent budgeting, planning and forecasting skills
- Spraying & Chainsaw Certificates are essential
- Able to demonstrate progressive golf course maintenance and presentation techniques
