After Sales/Workshop Manager
DESCRIPTION:
An International company, established in 1995 and with offices in Qatar, Dubai, Cairo, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Amman and Muscat, seeks to appoint an After Sales/Workshop Manager for their Clubcar and Toro Division willing to relocate and enjoy the lifestyle change of a position in Qatar.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will join the growing team of 23 staff to provide excellent customer service within the golf, tourism and landscaping industry.
We are looking for a motivated person with good communication skills and essential qualities in team leadership, time management and organisational skills. The business is expanding rapidly so the role will also provide an opportunity to be involved with the design and layout of a new larger dedicated machinery facility, and have input on the purchase of workshop equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Providing technical expertise and advice whilst supporting customers
Ø Managing team resources together with planning and scheduling technicians appointments
Ø Preparation and delivery of machinery
Ø Diagnosis of machinery faults
Ø Preparation of quotations
Ø Attend local and international training
Candidate Experience:
The candidate will be have working knowledge of Club Car and Toro products and is likely to have experience within the Golf, Turfcare, Landscape related industry.
