Designed by the renowned five times Open champion J.H.Taylor in 1909, and set in300 acres of rolling parkland, Hainault Golf Club features two established 18 hole championship golf courses.
We pride ourselves on delivering a quality customer experience, by providing a professional and welcoming environment for our customers and employees alike. It is our aim to make Hainault Golf Club one of the premier pay and play courses in the South East. This year we continue to make improvements to both courses by focusing on bunkers, tees, woodland management and irrigation.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, ambitious and self motivated fully qualified green-keeper. They will have a proven track record of attention to detail to further enhance our established team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 2 Sports Turf
- Minimum of 3 years’ green keeping experience
- PA 1, 2, 6A Spraying Certificates
- Full UK Driving License
- A flexible and positive attitude to work
- Able to work the Clubs flexible weekend Rota system
It may be useful, but not essential, to have:
- Machinery maintenance/servicing experience.
- NPTC Chainsaw certification
- Current First aid certification
- Experience and knowledge of operating automatic irrigation systems combined with the repair and maintenance of associated parts
