We are looking for an integral member of the green keeping team that will over-see the day-to-day preparation of the golf course in all aspects of grounds maintenance to ensure that the golf course is maintained to the highest possible standard. Working under the direction of the Head Greenkeeper you will be expected to work some Weekends and some Bank Holidays.
Ideally you will have at least 2/3 years minimum previous experience of Golf Course Grounds Maintenance and hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Sportsturf. PA1/2 & 6a Spraying Certificates would be desirable, and you should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of turf machinery, maintenance and current Health & Safety practices, regulations and legislation when working within Trafford Leisureâs procedures and operations. With excellent communication skills you will have experience of adhering to quality systems and have the ability to meet and exceed performance targets and initiatives as specified by the Head Greenkeeper and Golf Manager.
