Willesley Park Golf Club is seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the permanent position of Head Greenkeeper to lead the day to day management of the course.
The principal requirements of the position are to:
- Ensure full compliance with current Health, Safety and Welfare standards and legislation
- Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and manage golf course maintenance in accordance with the golf course policy document
- Manage Greens budgets and finance
- Manage the performance, training and development of self and Greens staff
- Manage conflict, discipline and grievance
- Identify and determine polices for the development of the golf course
Demonstrable evidence of having fulfilled a similar role at a leading golf club will be a requirement for the successful applicant.
The closing date for the receipt of applications will be Friday 18 November 2016.
Interviews will be held in December with a target appointment date of 1 January 2017. Candidates selected for interview will be reimbursed for incurred expenses to a cap of £100.
